Customer Relationship Executive (Interior)

Location: Rama Street, Vidhan Sabha Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience : 2–6 Years

• *Key Responsibilities:**

\- Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience.

\- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow\-ups professionally.

\- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely service.

\- Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and regular communication.

\- Follow up on leads, orders, deliveries, and after\-sales services.

\- Build long\-term customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

\- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of complaints.

• *Requirements:**

\- 1–5 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or client servicing.

\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\- Strong follow\-up, coordination, and problem\-solving abilities.

\- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools will be an advantage.

\- Candidates with experience in furniture, interiors, home decor, or related industries will be preferred.
