Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support to customers through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem\-solving abilities, and a customer\-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Guide customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
- Meet service quality and productivity targets.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem\-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services, lending, or fintech industry.
