*Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused **Customer Relationship Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities**

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Support sales and service teams in enhancing the customer experience.
Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
Conduct regular customer feedback and follow\-up activities.

Requirements

Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in customer service, customer relations, telesales, or a similar role.
Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary Pass) and above
Strong customer convincing and relationship\-building skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer\-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹16,000\.00 per month
