Someone who can guide mothers with care, communicate clearly, and professionally manage conversations across calls and social media.
Your Role
\* Answer client calls and inquiries professionally
\* Explain basic MammaCarePro \& INKAA Royal services confidently
\* Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram \& social media messages
\* Coordinate with the marketing \& content team
\* Follow up with leads and appointments
\* Maintain smooth and positive client communication
We’re Looking For Someone Who
\* Speaks confidently and politely
\* Has strong communication \& people skills
\* Can handle calls, chats, and client coordination smoothly
\* Is not just active on social media, but understands Instagram trends, engagement \& scroll\-stopping content ideas
\* Understands professional WhatsApp communication
\* Is organized, responsible, and quick to learn
\* Loves interacting with mothers and women wellness communities
Bonus If You
\* Have receptionist or customer support experience
\* Understand social media engagement \& content coordination
\* Speak Tamil \& English confidently
Working days \- Monday to Friday
Work timings \- 10am to 6pm
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
