Nipun Interiors is looking for a confident and customer\-focused Telecaller to handle incoming leads and guide potential clients through the initial consultation process.
Contact and follow up with clients immediately after receiving an enquiry.
Explain Nipun Interiors' services, process, and project execution methodology.
Understand client requirements, budget, location, and project scope.
Provide preliminary project estimations based on client requirements and company guidelines.
Schedule design consultations and site visits for the sales/design team.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow\-ups.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with the design and sales teams for smooth lead conversion.
Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of interiors, home renovation, or construction is preferred.
Good phone etiquette and customer\-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
Ability to work independently and achieve lead conversion targets.
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Client Relationship roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
