Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to aluminium doors and windows.
Prepare and share quotations, follow up with clients, and coordinate with the sales/estimation team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback in a professional manner.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Maintain customer records, sales data, and follow\-ups in CRM/ERP systems.
Assist in after\-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support marketing and sales initiatives by reaching out to leads and prospects.
*Desired Candidate Profile:**
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in customer relations, sales coordination, or client servicing (preferably in **building materials/doors \& windows/aluminium industry**).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English \& Malayalam mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast\-paced environment.
Customer\-focused mindset with problem\-solving ability.
