*Qualification \& Experience:** Preferably B.Com or equivalent. Experience in a Banking sector is preferred.
*Skills \& Competencies \-** Good Handwriting, Good Communication, Microsoft skills \- Excel, Work, PPT etc
*Key Responsibilities:**
Manage client onboarding and booking documentation processes.
Complete booking formalities and ensured compliance with company procedures.
Monitor and collect scheduled customer payments on a monthly basis.
Issue demand letters, payment receipts, and customer communications.
Maintain and update client records, reports, and banking documentation.
Coordinate end\-to\-end customer engagement from booking through property handover.
Execute and process property sale\-related documentation.
Liaise with banking partners to facilitate customer loan processing.
Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Coordinate with the legal team to address documentation and compliance\-related queries.
Work closely with the accounts team to reconcile customer payments and financial records.
