The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining customer databases, handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and marketing activities through effective customer engagement.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
*Customer Communication**
Contact customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and service requests.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback.
*Sales Support**
Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
Track sales opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM software.
Assist in achieving sales targets through customer retention and repeat business.
*Data Management \& Reporting**
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Analyze customer data and identify business opportunities.
Monitor customer retention and engagement metrics.
*Coordination**
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
