About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and customer\-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service experiences.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring long\-term engagement and satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

 Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with clients

 Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns  Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support  Follow up with clients regularly to maintain engagement

 Identify opportunities for cross\-selling and upselling services  Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolution

 Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems

 Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery

 Ensure compliance with company policies and processes Required Qualifications \& Skills

 MBA (Mandatory)

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills

 Customer\-focused mindset with problem\-solving abilities

 Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

 Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment Preferred Attributes

 Prior experience in relationship management, sales, or customer handling preferred

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn
