The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring long\-term engagement and satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support Follow up with clients regularly to maintain engagement
Identify opportunities for cross\-selling and upselling services Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolution
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes Required Qualifications \& Skills
MBA (Mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills
Customer\-focused mindset with problem\-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
