Job Description
Candidate shall be a MBA graduate with minimum 7 years experience in Customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales activities to achieve organizational sales targets and business objectives.
- Train, guide, and motivate personnel involved in the order management process to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly visit customers to maintain strong business relationships, understand their requirements, and enhance customer retention.
- Coordinate closely with the production planning team to ensure **100% On\-Time Delivery (OTD)** performance.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to address customer complaints promptly and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure all sales, order, and customer\-related documentation complies with applicable government regulations and customer\-specific requirements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to improve service performance.
Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational excellenceCandidates from FMCG, Textiles and Packaging industries are preferred.
