Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, corporate clients, and property developers.
Identify client requirements and propose suitable interior and furniture solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and project cost estimates in coordination with the design and operations teams.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversion into projects.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining profitability targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a database of prospects, clients, and ongoing opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
