Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

• *Job Responsibilities**

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other platforms.
• Maintain and update customer details in the CRM software.
• Follow up with new leads and existing customers regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
• Schedule site visits and property appointments for customers.
• Update lead status and maintain accurate customer records.
• Contact customers to understand their requirements and property preferences.
• Provide project details, pricing, and other information to customers.
• Track customer feedback and follow up on interested clients.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
• Ensure timely follow\-up with all potential customers.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with customers until the booking and documentation process is completed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of CRM software.
• Good telephone and customer\-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.
• Strong follow\-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Any Degree / Diploma.
• Experience in Real Estate CRM or Customer Support will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Number of customer follow\-ups completed.
• Lead conversion and site visit coordination.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Accuracy of CRM data.
• Timely updating of customer information.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
