Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

• *About The Role**

We are looking for a highly organized and ambitious Revenue Operations Associate to work directly with the founder and help manage V4B's AI\-powered sales and growth engine. This is not a traditional sales role.

You will be at the center of how leads are generated, tracked, nurtured, and converted using modern AI tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, and personalized outreach.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Monitor and manage inbound leads from website forms, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, cold email campaigns, and outbound automation tools.

· Review and maintain CRM data inside HubSpot.

· Ensure every lead receives timely and relevant follow\-up.

· Execute personalized email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone outreach beyond automated workflows.

· Track the progress of every lead through the sales pipeline.

· Generate daily and weekly reports on inquiries, meetings, proposals, and conversions.

· Assist the founder in managing revenue operations, business development processes, and growth initiatives.

· Work with AI\-powered tools and automation systems to improve lead generation and sales efficiency.

• *Requirements**

· 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, CRM management, digital marketing operations, or customer success.

· Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred.

· Strong communication skills in English.

· Graduate in Business, Management, Media, Communications, or related fields preferred.

· Comfortable speaking with prospects over phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

· Detail\-oriented and highly organized.

· Curious about AI, automation, startups, and modern growth systems.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
