Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk\-in and lead patients professionally
• Understand patient concerns and explain suitable treatment options
• Convert consultations into treatment package sales
• Follow up with leads and inactive patients
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
• Maintain CRM updates and patient records
