Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Management:** Capture inquiries, schedule test drives, and follow up with prospective buyers via calls, messaging, or emails.
- **Customer Support \& Satisfaction:** Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complaints, tracking post\-sales satisfaction, and monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- **Database \& Workflow Management:** Keep CRM software records updated with customer details, purchase history, and document processing (e.g., insurance, financing, and registration).
- **Service \& Retention:** Send automated reminders for periodic maintenance, insurance renewals, and service bookings to maximize customer retention.
