We are looking for an experienced and customer\-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships from booking to possession. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating between departments, handling customer queries, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Real estate experience is must.
*Roles \& Responsibilities:**
Handle customer queries, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Conducting site visits and proper follow\-ups to convert it into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Assist customers with documentation, agreement execution, registration, and possession formalities.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers from booking to possession.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress and milestones.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.
Manage customer feedback and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Generate customer referrals through excellent service and relationship management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
*Qualifications \& Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management in real estate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle multiple customers and coordinate across departments.
