• *About the Role:**

Transparent Capital is looking for a dynamic and relationship\-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to connect with High\-Net\-Worth Individuals (HNIs), understand their investment requirements, and assist them in investing in Unlisted Shares and Pre\-IPO opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for building long\-term client relationships, generating sales, and ensuring a superior client experience.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Connect with HNI clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital channels.

Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable unlisted share and Pre\-IPO investment opportunities.

Generate revenue by selling unlisted equity and Pre\-IPO investment products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Regularly follow up with clients regarding new investment opportunities and market updates.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to investment closure.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.

Maintain accurate client records and interaction details in the CRM system.

• *Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

2\+ years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Broking, Financial Services, or Investment Advisory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Experience dealing with HNI/UHNI clients will be preferred.

Knowledge of stock markets, unlisted shares, and Pre\-IPO investments is an added advantage.
