We are seeking a proactive and customer\-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, improve customer retention, and support business growth through effective customer engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer databases, analyzing customer behavior, coordinating communication campaigns, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
\-Manage and maintain customer data within the CRM system.
\-Monitor customer interactions and ensure accurate record\-keeping.
\-Develop and execute customer engagement, retention, and loyalty campaigns.
\-Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
\-Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
\-Generate CRM reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
\-Handle customer feedback and work with relevant departments to resolve issues.
\-Support lead management processes and customer onboarding activities.
\-Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales support, or a related role.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Language\- Fluent English, Hindi, Tamil.
Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Experience with customer segmentation and marketing automation.
Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
