We are seeking an experienced Customer Retention Manager to drive customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction through effective CRM, customer engagement, and relationship management strategies.
\* Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs.
\* Enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
\* Manage CRM systems and large customer databases.
\* Analyze customer feedback, retention trends, and performance metrics.
\* Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to improve customer experience.
\* Monitor retention KPIs and support revenue growth initiatives.
\* Manage customer relationships across multiple locations and branches.
\* Travel across Kerala and other operational locations as required.
