Job Description – Service Assistant
Department: Service / Customer Support

We are looking for a Service Assistant to support service activities, customer coordination, documentation, and basic technical operations. The candidate will assist service engineers in handling customer complaints, site visit planning, material tracking, and report preparation.
1\. Coordinate with customers for service schedules and updates.
2\. Support service engineers for site visit planning and follow\-up.
3\. Prepare service reports, quotations, and documentation.
4\. Maintain records of complaints, AMC visits, and breakdown calls.
5\. Follow up for pending materials and dispatch status.
6\. Handle basic troubleshooting coordination with internal teams
7\. Maintain service data in Excel or ERP systems.
8\. Support calibration and maintenance activity documentation.
9\. Coordinate with sales and stores departments for spare parts availability.
1\. Good communication and coordination skills.
2\. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
3\. Ability to handle customer follow\-ups professionally.
4\. Basic technical understanding of instruments/analyzers preferred.
5\. Good organizational and reporting skills.
Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
Fresher in service coordination or technical support.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
