We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company.
*Key Responsibilities**
**Customer Support:** Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
**Problem Solving:** Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, billing issues, or product inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
**Product Knowledge:** Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to guide customers and provide accurate information.
**Data Entry:** Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in our CRM system.
**Escalation:** Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams or management.
*Qualifications \& Skills**
**Experience:** 0–2 years of experience in a customer service, retail, or call center role preferred.
**Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
**Tech Savvy:** Proficient in using computers, multi\-tasking across different software, and experience with CRM tools (like Zendesk or Salesforce) is a plus.
**Soft Skills:** Strong active listening, patience, problem\-solving abilities, and stress tolerance.
**Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
