The Junior Customer Service Executive – Sea Freight position is located at No. 235-236, 2nd Floor, DLF Prime Tower, F-79-80, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi, with a monthly salary of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000. An MBA is mandatory, and we welcome freshers or candidates with up to two years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding. Duties include coordinating and monitoring sea freight import and export shipments, handling customer inquiries on shipment status, documentation, and delivery timelines, and coordinating with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, and internal teams. You will assist in preparing and verifying shipping documents like Bills of Lading, invoices, and records, and provide regular shipment updates while ensuring timely resolution of issues.
