Customer Service Associate, Fresher, Trivandrum

We are looking for a friendly, customer\-focused, and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, exchanges, and general queries.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
