Job Description
Key Responsibilities
\- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
\- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
\- Respond to customer messages, comments and DMs on social media (Instagram and other platforms)
\- Create and manage reels, posts and stories for social media
\- Promote ongoing activities, games and offers to increase engagement
\- Ensure customers are actively involved and enjoying their experience
\- Maintain basic records, trackers and reports in Excel
\- Maintain a clean, organized and energetic environment
\- Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
Requirements
\- Able to handle social media messages and reels
\- Active on, and comfortable with, Instagram and social media
\- Basic content creation skills (shooting and editing reels, posts)
\- Average Excel knowledge
\- Friendly, confident communication
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
