We are looking for an energetic, result\-oriented, and highly organized Customer Success Executive who will play a critical role in bulk recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding coordination, and telecalling operations.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow\-up abilities, and the capability to manage a high volume of candidate interactions while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Bulk Recruitment \& Candidate Management
- Conduct mass recruitment drives for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen candidate profiles as per hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of hiring requirements.
Telecalling \& Candidate Engagement
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company policies.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining formalities.
- Handle candidate queries professionally.
- Maintain daily call targets and reporting.
Onboarding Coordination
- Assist selected candidates with joining formalities.
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and employee integration.
- Maintain employee onboarding records and databases.
Customer Success \& Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with candidates and newly joined employees.
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Address concerns and provide timely support.
- Improve candidate retention and joining ratios.
Reporting \& Administration
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Update CRM, ATS, Excel trackers, and internal systems.
- Track hiring funnel metrics and onboarding status.
- Support management with operational reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong telecalling and convincing abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of calls.
- Strong follow\-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM (HR, Marketing, or Operations) preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, telesales, customer service, or onboarding will be an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Recruitment, Customer Success, HR Operations, or BPO preferred.
