About the Company

GrowTech is a technology\-driven company providing trading software solutions, algo trading support, and financial market\-related services. We are looking for energetic and target\-oriented Sales Executives who can generate leads, explain our services, and convert potential clients into customers.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain company products, software solutions, and service offerings to customers.
• Generate new leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Schedule software demos and assist clients during the onboarding process.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Coordinate with the support team for smooth customer assistance.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock market and trading industry is a plus.
• Freshers are welcome; sales experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
