We are hiring energetic, customer\-centric **Customer Service Executives** for a leading Multinational BPO. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls for a premier banking process, assisting customers with inquiries, account management, and service requests while providing top\-tier service.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Customer Interaction:** Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints professionally via voice calls.
• **Banking Support:** Provide accurate information regarding bank accounts, cards, transactions, balance inquiries, and other financial products/services.
• **Problem Resolution:** Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver accurate solutions in line with quality and compliance guidelines.
• **Documentation:** Record details of customer inquiries, comments, and actions taken accurately in the CRM system.
• **Process Excellence:** Maintain required quality scores, First Call Resolution (FCR), and adherence to call handling guidelines.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Education:** Any Graduate (Any stream / discipline).
• **Language Proficiency:** Excellent communication skills in **English** and **Hindi** (both verbal and written).
• **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• **Customer Focus:** Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and patient customer\-service attitude.
• **Basic Computer Knowledge:** Ability to navigate multiple software applications and CRM systems while talking to customers.
