• **Customer Support:** Assist customers with their queries, resolving issues efficiently via both chat and voice channels.
• **Communication:** Maintain clear, concise, and polite communication with clients and customers.
• **Problem Solving:** Identify customer needs, troubleshoot basic issues, and offer effective solutions or escalate when necessary.
• **Process Adherence:** Follow guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• **Data Logging:** Accurately record customer interactions and resolution details in the system.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Education:** HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
• **Language Proficiency:** Fluent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• **Technical Skills:** Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed for chat processes.
• **Work Shift:** Flexible to work in afternoon/evening shifts (**2:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM / 12:00 AM**).
• **Attributes:** Strong listening skills, empathetic attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
