Job Description
- *1\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- *A. Customer Relationship \& Service Quality**
- Manage customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and CRM platforms.
- Ensure 100% query resolution within defined SLAs.
- Obtain customer reviews and feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Reduce RTO by conducting COD confirmations and proactive order communication.
- *B. Order Management \& Follow\-up**
- Support daily order dispatch by coordinating with operations and logistics.
- Execute abandoned checkout conversions through personalised follow\-ups.
Monitor undelivered orders and take corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
Manage return initiation, QC coordination, and refund processing.- *C. Return Reduction \& Engagement**
- Minimize returns through proactive customer communication and accurate order handling.
- Provide segment\-based personalised messaging to improve engagement.
- Support email\-content collection and scheduling of weekly emailers.
- *D. Logistics \& Courier Coordination**
- Track delivery, returns, and reverse pickups with courier partners.
- Close undelivered reports by confirming delivery or arranging re\-dispatch.
- Ensure COD remittances and Shopify updates are completed accurately.
- *E. Customization, Edits \& Special Requests**
- Coordinate fabric checks, customization requirements, and cut\-plan requests.
- Share cost sheets, collect approvals, and create SOs for customization orders.
- Handle address edits, product changes, discount updates, and related order edits.
Pay: ₹23,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
