Flawless English speaking and writing skills a must.
Hindi Speaking skills a must.
Knowledge of other languages preferred (French / Spanish )
Great Problem Solving Skills
Fast Typing Speed
A strong work ethic, communication skills, high levels of empathy and selling skills are paramount to this position
### **What we would like you to do:**
To serve as the front line, on\-call resource for all customers via phone, email and live chat
Quick and thorough solving of problems for customers any time regarding deliveries, transactions and experience.
To be ready to know our catalog and technology inside and out in order to guide the customer in finding the right products and making them aware of our delivery policies.
Coordinating with other departments like shipping solve customer queries, return requests and other package related issues.
Managing catalog at Marketplaces and updating panels when required.
