Position Overview

We are seeking experienced **Customer Service \& Operations Coordinators** with a strong background in Canadian or U.S. trucking and logistics operations.

The ideal candidates will support daily transportation activities, coordinate with internal teams, maintain accurate operational records, and ensure timely communication with customers and business partners.

Candidates must have **hands\-on experience with TransPlus Fleet Manager TMS** and a good understanding of North American trucking operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate daily transportation and logistics activities.
• Provide customer service and timely shipment updates.
• Assist with dispatch coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery follow\-ups.
• Maintain accurate shipment and operational data in **TransPlus Fleet Manager.**
• Support fleet operations and administrative activities.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal departments.
• Assist with freight coordination, carrier sourcing, and rate inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain transportation documentation, including BOLs, PODs, and other relevant records.
• Monitor shipment progress and escalate delays or service\-related issues.
• Ensure accurate record\-keeping and smooth day\-to\-day operational workflows.
• Perform other transportation and operations support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• **2\-5 years of proven experience** in Canadian or U.S. trucking and logistics operations.
• **Mandatory hands\-on experience with TransPlus Fleet Manager TMS.**
• Good understanding of North American trucking operations and transportation terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer\-focused approach.
