Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Delivery Coordination: Effectively coordinate with various delivery services to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our products, especially for our cloud kitchen operations.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our menu and offerings to provide recommendations and answer customer questions accurately.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to find a quick and satisfactory solution.
Sales \& Upselling: Proactively suggest menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully
