Customer Service Representative (International Voice Process)
Location: Mumbai

Shifts: 24x7 Rotational
Position Summary The Customer Service Representative handles customer queries related to policies and claims through international voice support while ensuring high\-quality service and accurate information.
Primary Responsibilities **Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails.** Resolve customer queries using available information. **Handle complaints and escalations professionally.** Maintain accurate call logs and documentation. **Research solutions and escalate unresolved issues.** Support reporting and analysis activities.
Additional Responsibilities **Attend training sessions.** Collaborate with cross\-functional teams. **Adapt to process changes.** Take ownership and maintain accountability.
Skills \& Competencies **Excellent English communication.** MS Office knowledge (Excel \& PowerPoint). **Strong analytical and customer service skills.** Team player and quick learner. **Willing to work 24x7 rotational shifts.**
- *Minimum Qualifications Education: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) Experience: Analyst: 1–3 years \| Senior Analyst: 3–6 years in International Voice Process. Notice: Immediate Joiners or up to 30 days preferred.**

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
