• Position: Japanese Language Executive
• Location: Mumbai Andheri West (Work from Office)
• Salary: Up to 10 LPA
• Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts
• Working Days: 6 Days Working \| 1 Rotational Week\-off

Key Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese (Speaking, Reading \& Understanding)
• Minimum 1\.5 Years of Relevant Experience
• Comfortable with Work from Office (Mumbai)
• Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts
• Ability to handle Calls, Emails \& Chat Support in Japanese

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Communicate with Japanese clients via calls, emails, and chats
• Provide translation and interpretation support
• Ensure clear and effective communication across teams
• Maintain professionalism and quality in all interactions

Qualifications

• Full\-time Graduation (Preferred from reputed colleges)
• Experience in Customer Service, International Voice Process, Referral Specialist, Travel Industry, or Lifestyle Services is preferred
