Location: Kolkata ,Salt Lake Sector V
Freshers: ₹15,000 in\-hand \+ weekly \& monthly incentives
Experienced Candidates: ₹16,300 in\-hand \| up to ₹18,000 CTC \+ incentives
Fluent in English \& Hindi (mandatory)
6 days working
1 rotational week off
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Maintain accurate customer records
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and quality standards
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Freshers are welcome
Offer letter appointment letter
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer\-centric approach
Basic computer knowledge
