  • *Responsibilities**
  • Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and empathetically.
  • Educate customers about responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, time limits, cooling\-off periods, and self\-exclusion.
  • Identify potential signs of gambling\-related harm and refer customers to appropriate support services when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and support systems.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and regulatory requirements.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • Active listening, empathy, and problem\-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of responsible gaming principles and player protection practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, live chat platforms, and customer support tools.
  • Understanding of responsible gaming regulations (AGCO, iGaming Ontario, AiGC, AGLC is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and emotional resilience.
  • **Language Proficiency:** English (Mandatory); French or Spanish (Preferred).
  • *Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, iGaming, Gaming, FinTech, or a similar customer\-facing role.
  • Experience in handling customer escalations and working in a regulated environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
