The Customer Service Representative serves as the main contact for Therm-x customers, supporting the complete order journey from initial quotation through to shipment. You will ensure flawless coordination among customers, engineering, production, and supply chain to deliver thermal solutions with precision and reliability. Core duties include being the first point of contact for product, order, and delivery inquiries; supplying detailed product information and liaising with Engineering and Quality for technical support; preparing and managing quotations for heaters and sensors based on customer specs; accurately entering and overseeing customer orders; scheduling deliveries; and providing post-sales support. The role demands experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, the ability to understand technical specifications, proficiency with order management software, and excellent communication skills.
