About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer\-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.

Qualifications
