Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service \& Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and successfully closing sales deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads from various marketing and business development activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in customer service, telecalling, sales, or business development preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Positive attitude with a customer\-first approach.
