Remoat Teams is hiring Customer Support Associates for an international voice process in the US telecom sector. The role involves assisting US customers with account queries, billing concerns, plan information, and telecom service issues while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

• *Roles and Responsibilities**

• Manage inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with telecom\-related queries.
• Help customers understand billing details, service plans, account information, and applicable service procedures.
• Identify customer concerns, assess the information required, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow established process guidelines.
• Refer complex or unresolved issues to the relevant support teams.
• Maintain professional communication, service quality, and customer satisfaction throughout each interaction.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• **Education:** Undergraduate and graduate candidates may apply; graduation is not mandatory.
• **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process, with customer support experience.
• **Communication:** Strong spoken English, active listening, and clear communication skills.
• **Process readiness:** Comfortable handling voice\-based customer support interactions.
• **Shifts:** Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• **Joining:** Immediate joiners preferred.
