*Key Responsibilities**
Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and CRM systems.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the Business Development team.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
Generate and assign qualified leads.
Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support.
Schedule meetings and coordinate customer communications.
Support sales and account management teams.
Maintain reports and CRM updates.
*Requirements**
2\+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Customer Success, or Call Center Operations.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience using CRM software.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to occasionally attend meetings aligned with US Eastern Time Zone.
