• *Role Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and customer\-focused individual to join our team as an **Inbound Call Executive**. The role involves handling incoming calls, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Inbound calling**: Answer and manage incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• **Customer query handling**: Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• **Communication skills**: Maintain clear, polite, and empathetic communication with customers.
• **Problem resolution**: Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• **Documentation**: Record call details, customer feedback, and resolutions in the system.
• **Team collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

• *Qualifications**

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Prior experience in **customer service** or call center operations preferred.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and deliver excellent service.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
