Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound and/or outbound voice calls.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Meet process\-specific performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies and established service procedures.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Minimum **6 months of experience in a domestic or international BPO voice process**.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good customer\-handling and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
• Customer\-focused attitude with a professional approach.
• Freshers are not eligible for this requirement.
