Qualification: Any Graduates

Experience: 5\-7 Yrs

Salary upto 40K Gross \+ 5 Days working

• *Immediate joiner with BPO Experience will be added advantage for this role.**

• *Job Responsibilities:**

1\. Team Management: Lead the support team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.

2\. Issue Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, handle escalations, and maintain customer satisfaction.

3\. Process Improvement: Improve support processes, reduce response times, and implement tools to increase efficiency.

4\. Knowledge Management: Maintain updated documentation and ensure the team has the required product knowledge and training.

5\. Reporting and Analytics: Track support metrics, prepare performance reports, and use data to improve team productivity.

6\. Team Building and Retention: Build a strong, motivated team, encourage collaboration, and retain team members.

7\. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and team leaders to share information and improve service quality.

8\. Emotional Intelligence and Decision\-Making: Understand team members' concerns, maintain a positive work environment, and make effective decisions.

9\. Adaptability and Time Management: Adapt to changes, manage time effectively, and allocate resources efficiently.

10\. Grievance Handling: Listen to team members' concerns, address grievances fairly, and escalate issues to HR or management when required.
