• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and customer\-centric Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long\-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or client relationship management, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey, resolving concerns efficiently, and building lasting relationships with clients.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations.
• Understand customer requirements and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Take complete ownership of customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Conduct regular follow\-ups with customers to ensure successful product/service adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Sales, and Product to improve customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to processes and services.
• Monitor customer health, engagement, and success metrics.
• Prepare periodic reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and support performance.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance loyalty and overall customer experience.

• *Requirements**

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, or a similar customer\-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively.
• Customer\-first mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and outcomes.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and customer management systems is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment.
