About the Role
Circle Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our growing network of healthcare clients across New York.
This is a client\-facing role focused on ensuring a smooth experience for physician practices and healthcare partners. The ideal candidate will manage day\-to\-day client coordination, support onboarding activities, assist with operational requirements, and work closely with the Sales Manager to strengthen provider relationships and drive growth.
In addition to client success responsibilities, the role will support business development efforts by helping identify opportunities, coordinating meetings, facilitating onboarding, and contributing to new client acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for physician practices and healthcare partners.
- Support onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Coordinate day\-to\-day operational activities and client requests.
- Conduct regular follow\-ups to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist providers with program understanding, workflow adoption, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager on lead management, meeting coordination, and partnership activities.
- Support provider meetings, demos, presentations, and onboarding discussions.
- Maintain client records, activity trackers, and follow\-up schedules.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and referrals.
- Contribute to new client acquisition and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Healthcare Operations, Account Management, Business Development, Healthcare Sales Support, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable interacting with physicians, clinic administrators, and healthcare organizations.
- Highly organized with strong follow\-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience in healthcare, physician practices, healthcare technology, or care management programs is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Background in healthcare operations, customer success, healthcare sales, or account management.
- Experience working with physician groups, medical practices, or healthcare organizations.
- Strong problem\-solving and relationship\-building skills.
- Existing healthcare network in New York is an advantage.
