● Work with BD and Sales teams on account expansion opportunities, upsell strategies, and customer initiatives.
● Coordinate with Product \& Tech teams to relay customer feedback and influence the roadmap.
● Conduct QBRs/MBRs share usage insights, platform updates, and success strategies.
● 3–6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales support.
● Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, marketplace, or tech\-enabled platforms.
● Excellent communication \& stakeholder management C\-suite to procurement heads.
● Strong analytical mindset account health dashboards, renewal metrics.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹900,000\.00 per year
