• *Key Responsibilities**

• Respond to and resolve queries from parents, students, and teachers via calls, emails, and chats
• Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets
• Follow up on pending issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and update reports, trackers, and documentation
• Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint

• *Who Should Apply?**

• Graduates from any discipline
• **6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Operations**
• Excellent verbal and written **English communication skills**
• Comfortable handling calls and customer interactions
• Strong problem\-solving and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Passionate about customer satisfaction and long\-term career growth
