Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer\-focused Customer Support Executive who is fluent in **Tamil and Telugu** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field and possess excellent communication and problem\-solving skills.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a related role.
Fluency in **Tamil and Telugu** (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of bill payments, mobile recharges, and digital payment services.
Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools.

*Roles \& Responsibilities**

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding the platform, products, and services.
Assist customers with bill payments, recharge\-related queries, and account\-related concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required.
Maintain a professional and customer\-centric approach during all interactions.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation.
