The company supports house and apartment moves, office relocations, business deliveries, last\-mile delivery, storage, and 3PL services, with a strong focus on responsive customer service and stress\-free moving experiences for Australian customers.
Move My Stuff is looking for a Customer Support Associate to deliver professional, prompt, and empathetic support to an Australian customer base. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles service issues with confidence, and can manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a calm and solutions\-focused approach.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other support channels, ensuring a professional and friendly experience aligned with Australian service expectations.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries related to bookings, quotes, moving schedules, delivery updates, service changes, payments, and general support.
- Make outbound calls to confirm bookings, share updates, follow up on pending issues, and support service recovery where required.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy, urgency, and professionalism, escalating complex matters to the relevant team when needed.
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, sales, and partner teams to provide accurate updates and timely resolutions.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer conversations, requests, complaints, and outcomes in internal systems.
- Support customers with pre\-move and post\-move queries, helping create a smooth and stress\-free relocation experience.
- Monitor recurring customer issues and highlight patterns, delays, or service gaps to support process improvement.
- Maintain service quality while working in a fast\-paced remote environment during Australian business hours.
- Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, call centre, or operations support roles.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to speak to Australian customers in a clear, courteous, and professional manner.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Experience handling customer complaints, de\-escalating issues, and delivering practical resolutions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask across calls, messages, and internal coordination.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with a high level of accountability.
- Basic understanding of logistics, removals, delivery coordination, or service\-based operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing tools, spreadsheets, and general business communication platforms is an advantage.
